Nevertheless, our "pets" is hardly protected by laws and so, in the Federal Republic every day millions of times the animal suffering, in a quasi "legal vacuum" instead. claims in the special 10 points, under www.peta.de / Pet Protection Act can be found - including the ending of the so-called torture breeds, the prohibition of sexual acts with animals and the certificate of competence for all dog owners prior to the acquisition of the animal. This "dog license," as it is already in Switzerland, would not "breed" more marginalized and all future human companion would be sufficiently informed in advance about the keeping, care and needs of a dog. This would avoid impulse buying, especially, for example, animal markets!
